Hi, I'm Carmie Buhalis, Founder and Lead Coach at Energy Alchemist - Coaching for Empowered Living. My journey to the present was paved with the realization that despite having everything I’d always wanted — a supportive husband, two beautiful children, a warm circle of friends and family, and a home in a thriving, secure community — something vital was missing. That something was a deeper connection with myself and a purpose-driven life.

Determined to shift my trajectory, I embarked on a mission of self-discovery. I chose to embrace change, taking responsibility for my happiness and well-being. This journey led me to gather tools like yoga, meditation, mindfulness and professional coaching, each playing a crucial role in calming my mind, rejuvenating my body, and elevating my spirit.

Transforming my life wasn't an easy ride; it demanded letting go of the old and welcoming the new. But the pursuit of a life filled with love, joy, and fulfillment became my guiding light. Now, as a certified coach, I extend these tools and insights to other entrepreneurial individuals. My aim? To guide you through the fog of overwhelming daily life towards clarity, empowerment, and joy.

Through my training at iPEC, I've earned my Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) certifications, and I've also achieved the status of Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF). My approach is deeply intuitive, addressing not just the surface issues but initiating profound, lasting change. I believe in the power of choice and that with the right guidance, everyone can redefine success, find balance, and truly transform.

Outside the coaching space, my life is enriched by continuous learning, community connection, and cherishing moments with family and friends. I find joy in every opportunity to grow and help others do the same.
